Shipping Policy

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier. Typical delivery windows:
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
3. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if available).
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion applies.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is accurate.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

- We will liaise with the courier or supplier to resolve the issue
7. Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist immediately.
Return & Refund Policy
At EverRoo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 5 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain items such as personal care products, intimate items, and clearance products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at contact@everroo.com.au with your order number and issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, send the item back to the address we provide.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product): We cover the return shipping cost.
- For change-of-mind returns: Customer pays the return shipping cost.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items.
